everlasting...

you make my <3 happy

I am so thankful to have such great and wonderful people in my life... If you are reading this post this includes you!

Growing up I always wished for amazing friends. Moving 4 times in 5 years can really put a cramp in any friendship...I use to have imaginary ones because the real ones were never as good anyway (don't feel bad for me I was a very creative child)

Now I can honestly say that I have acquired some of the bestest friends that I could ever ask for. I would like to think that they would do anything for me as I would do for them..
I know that I can always share my thoughts with them...and you......
I know that I can turn to them and you if I need help, if I need to vent, if I just need someone to say a quick prayer for me and tell me that everything will turn out alright.

I ADMIRE each of your strengths, weaknesses, wisdom's and qualities that set you apart...

I LOVE how you are all different but all the same...

I CHERISH my friends...

I APPRECIATE having you all in my life. I believe in soul mates- i believe that we were put on this Earth for no other reason then to impact one another- i believe that I have met specific people to help me in certain times... There is a reason for everything... There is a reason why those who were not meant to be in my life aren't around anymore.

I have been accused of being a bad friend because I don't like to go out to the clubs and drink the night away anymore.
I have been told that I have lost myself in my relationship because I like to stay home and be with my boyfriend.
I forget to call people.
I forget to text people.
But that doesn't make me a bad friend... I know this... My best friends know this... And now you do...

I had an imaginary friend too! My husband makes fun of me for it, and I have never met another person who had one. :)

Not wanting to go out does NOT make you a bad friend. It just means you're over that scene. That's me most of the time too. It was never really my scene anyway.

I believe in soulmates too, but I don't believe they're necessarily found in romantic matches. Sometimes it's a friend. And I won't say "just a friend" because friends are as important as anyone else in my life.

I think you'd enjoy this poem I found and posted a few months ago (about people coming in and out of our lives): http://unabashedly--me.blogspot.com/2011/10/reason-season-or-lifetime.html
